Overall stay was not okay, worst part was bed sanitation as i’ve noticed there were bed bugs, service was good - no hot water - no response for an extra checkout time as i was charged with a complete day for an 2 hour delay

Location & food was great. The only concern was the room size. Paying 6000 and against that room was very very small. Rest worth staying!

Hotel was very nice with clean rooms. Staff were good n helpful & the location was just perfect for me, close to railway station. Overall stay was comfortable n satisfactory.

Average service offered if you compared with the price what they are charging. 1. No public transport access.. road construction on going. 2. At check out, I am being told to get the taxi from the main road which is far distance, which was unexpected hospitality. Wash room is too small. 3. Food is over priced as compared to the quality. overall... not highly recommended place....

stay was good. staff was polite and prompt. tea was excellent and we had a great stay. it's near to many good places and walkable distance from dadar station

Rooms maintenance can be better. The toiletries facility not up to the standard given the price charged for the room. Spread of breakfast can be reviewed.

the hotel food was good but the staff are not trained at all. it's like a low class hotel. the shower was not working at properly i stayed in room 209 i complained to so many it was never rectified the fat girl in the lobby has no courtesy. hotel experience but only good thing this hotel is in middle of Mumbai. no taxi will come there as there is a road work going u have to go to main road to board cabs.

Not clean room on second day. Even till at 10 pm at night when we came, even asking for cleaning in morning. Too horrible experience. In passage fone was ringing even at night also. No silence. Too lack of silence
